Client: RU***R Company, a renowned welding machine distributor in Russia

Project Background:

The client is a renowned welding machine distributor in Russia, equipped with a dedicated technical team and sales capacity, serving the entire Russian market. They handle numerous clients with diverse demands for various resistance welding equipment based on different product specifications and welding needs, necessitating customized machines.

Project Process:

The client reached out to us in early 2022, providing a detailed overview of their company background, which helped us understand that they are a well-known welding machine distributor in Russia. Before the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, the client had been collaborating with suppliers from Germany. However, due to sanctions, they shifted their focus to the Chinese market in search of alternative machinery.

At the initial contact, the client sent us numerous inquiries for specific products. Based on this detailed product information, we provided corresponding machine recommendations and quotations. We also engaged in online meetings and virtual factory tours to deepen the client's understanding of our company. After a period of communication, by the end of 2022, the client signed the first order for 45 sets of spot welding machines.

After receiving the first batch of spot welding machines, the client highly praised the performance and quality of our machines. They also signed an authorization agreement granting us agency rights in Russia. With the success of our initial collaboration, the client engaged in multiple subsequent collaborations with us within a year.

In June 2023, we signed contracts for two sets of Tank Welding Machines.

In August 2023, an additional 9 sets of Spot Welding Machines were added.

By October 2023, 19 sets more Spot Welding Machines were added.

In November 2023, an additional 21 sets of Spot Welding Machines were acquired.

By December 2023, the client expressed the intention to further add two Automated Spot Welding Machines.

During our company's exhibition in Russia in May 2023, the client made a special visit, meeting our CEO to strengthen our future collaboration.

In October 2023, the client showcased our spot welding machines at the Moscow exhibition, elevating the reputation of the Hwashi brand in Russia.
